Warranty and Payment Policies

We offer up to 30 years warranty on our shutters. We trust the value and quality of our products which is why we know they will last for a decade or even more.

Just like with any company and other products that you can buy on the market, our shutters also come with conditions and limitations. We suggest that you do your part in taking care of the shutters. This way, they will stay durable for a long time. The warranty only applies to homeowners who care for their shutters by following the cleaning instructions properly.

Dispute Resolution Policy

  • In any business, some problems can arise. It is an unavoidable instance that takes place no matter how rigorous and strict our procedures are. Rest assured that we will handle it properly. When you purchase from us, we have the whole transaction documented in writing. This way, if problems come up, we can easily resolve them.

  • The customers’ happiness is the main concern, which is why we do our best to achieve their satisfaction. No matter what the problem is, we will fix it.

Returns Policy

  • When it comes to returns, we usually deal with the issue first. Often, it can be remedied without needing to return the item for a refund. However, if a return is warranted, we will contact the customer to ensure the process is smooth for both parties.

  • Additionally, replacements are easily handled. However, if you do not have any use for the product or you are not happy with the result, you can speak to us on how you can return the item and get your money back.

 

What payment options do we accept?

Here at Ideal Shutters, we accept cash, major credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), and electronic funds transfer (EFT).

When is my credit card charged?

  • When you place an order using a credit card (in person or over the phone), the total dollar amount is authorised by your credit card company at the time of your purchase. Once this amount is authorised, your credit card will be debited the total amount of the order.

  • If you place an order and change your mind before the order is fully processed, then you can contact our customer service centre and we can easily reverse the transaction. We urge you to do this ASAP.

  • If your credit card is declined when placing an order, then your order will not be created in our system. If at any point you are unsure if an order has gone through, please contact our team on 1300 000 000 and we will assist you.
